In Episode 13, titled ‘God-Entertaining Chapter, Part 2,’ Rika finally regained the memories and remembered everything Satoko did to her.
Earlier in the episode, Hanyuu managed to locate Eua in the sea of fragments. As Hanyuu confronted her, Eua tied her up and made her see Rika suffer in the loop.
The tables turned when Rika started to remember the traumatic incidents after waking up in another loop. On Satoko’s birthday, Rika showed up with a box. On seeing Satoko scared, Rika asked her how she knew about it.
The episode ended with a cliffhanger when Satoko pulled out a gun and pointed it towards Rika. Will Rika be able to save herself from the cycle of loops this time? Let’s find out.

Episode 14 Preview And Speculation
Rika came with the boxing glove that knocked Satoko over in the first arc of the previous season. This confirms that Satoko still has memories of that incident as she flinched on seeing the box.
Rika and Satoko were just playing straight all along, as expected. Rika really meant all the things she said about being happy to live in Hinamizawa, but to Satoko’s bad luck, Rika survived more than she had expected.
Moreover, Rika’s been granted the power by which she can remember who murdered her. It looks like it initially was only allowing her to remember the deaths immediately after she got the power.
Now, the power takes her back to show her the memories of deaths from before the new power. The next episode will continue the gun scene, and we look forward to getting the answers to our questions.

Episode 13 Recap
Hanyuu finds Eua in the sea of fragments. Things turn difficult for Hanyuu when Eua makes her see what happened to Rika while she was searching for Eua. In the present, Keiichi kills Rika under the effect of the Hinamizawa curse.
After Keiichi kills Rika, Satoko comes and shoots herself. Hanyuu sees everything through the fragment and confronts Eua.
The two get into a fight as they use their powers to attack each other. Eua ties Hanyuu and makes her see the live broadcast of Rika and Satoko.
Rika wakes up from another nightmare when Satoko tells her that she has been cursed and removes the sheet. Rika is shocked to see a large hole in her body. Satoko tells Rika that it’s time for the Watanagashi ritual and starts hitting her.
On the other hand, Hanyuu gets uneasy seeing Rika like this but cannot do anything. Satoko attacks Rika again and again until she dies. Before dying, Satoko tells Rika that she is doing this only to make her stay with her in Hinamizawa forever.
In another loop, Rika has a good time with Satoko and other friends. Rika tells Satoko that she had a bad dream, but Satoko assures her that they’ll always be friends.
As time passes, everything comes to normal, but Rika keeps having the same nightmares every night.
After two days, on June 24, 1983, Rika remembers the same bad memories in broad daylight. Rika moves on and celebrates Satoko’s birthday with others. After everyone finishes giving Satoko the gifts they prepared, Rika comes with a box.
Satoko turns pale on seeing the box and covers her head. When Rika asks her how she knew what was inside the box, Satoko laughs off, trying to dismiss her question.
Rika opens the box and once again asks Satoko how did she know what was inside the box.
As Hanyuu sees the live projection, she murmurs that a miracle will lead Rika to the truth. In the school, Satoko’s eyes turn red, and she points the pistol towards Rika.
