Elden Ring never ceases to surprise us with the vast world to explore at our disposal and the plethora of in-game choices that make it a unique experience for all players.

In the r/EldenRing subreddit, u/Feeling-Lemon-9221 shared quite a rare and unique moment during in-game combat. The enemy attacks the player with a throwable, and upon no response from the player, the enemy walks up to the player before retreating and sitting down on the side.

On the part of the enemy, this behavior is slightly comedic, leading many players to quip in and share their take. One says the enemy can only “throw a rock at the tarnished” at “such a meager wage” to defend the stronghold.

Another user commented that the enemy AI must have thought the player was not worthy of a battle and resorted to resting on the side. Another funny comment suggested that the enemy was reconsidering his life choices after throwing a rock at the OP.

The comedic effect was not lost on the players who did not delve deep into criticism but chose to use this clip and share a light-hearted moment. On another front, Elden Ring is gearing up for the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC.

Even after multiple playthroughs, Elden Ring, being a Dark Souls-like title, continues to engage players with enthralling content. Despite one or two bugs, similar to what the OP encountered, players continue to play and replay the title before the DLC release.

Releasing on June 21st, the new DLC brings new content, storyline, and characters that promise to cement Elden Ring’s position as one of the best lore-driven stories ever.
