Moonlit Fruit only appears during Nightfall, which occurs at the start of every hour and lasts for 10 minutes. During this window, your fruits can mutate into Moonlit variants. Moonlit is a stackable mutation, meaning even fruits with another mutation can still become Moonlit.

If you’re unsure when the next Nightfall will begin, look for the small owl to the right of the Wise Old Owl in your garden. This helpful owl displays a countdown timer, which resets after each Nightfall, so you always know how much time remains before the next night cycle begins.

As soon as Nightfall begins, your opportunity to grow Moonlit Fruit starts, so make sure to plan your gardening accordingly!
