Serufu decides to prove her worth and show off her building skills in episode 9 of Do It Yourself!! Disappointed by the lack of sales for her accessories earlier, she decides to make a small house for her pet pig, Meat, and invites the members of the DIY club to her house to show her usefulness.
Things don’t go quite as well for her, but the girls work together to complete a beautiful pig house.

Episode 10 Speculation
The members of the DIY club will get sad after finding out that the materials that they worked so hard to prepare for their hideout have disappeared.
In episode 10, titled “‘DIY’ Means… Rock Bottom? Impossible? With Courage and Drive Anything is Possible!” the girls will be discouraged, but Serufu will bring everyone’s mood up again, and they will try to find out who moved their wood.
An ominous truck could be seen going around the school as everyone is talking and the likelihood of someone mistaking the club’s materials as something to be disposed of and calling to get it picked up is quite high. We can only hope that it’s a mix-up and the girls get their materials back.

Episode 9 Recap
Soon she finds out all the members are quite intelligent in academics and try to play it off. The meeting at Serufu’s place is decided for Sunday.
While going back home, Jobko asks Serufu about the banging and sawing noises at night and tells her that Purin has been worried about her as well. Serufu decides to invite Purin to their meeting too.
Everyone gathers at Serufu’s place on Sunday. She takes everyone to the backyard and shows off her materials, revealing she is going to build her pet pig, Meat, a house to prove she can be useful in building their secret hideout.
She had already cut the lumber to size, which was the reason for her injuries, and prepared everything. Jobko remarks that Purin was right about her guess before.
While Serufu is making the house, everyone decides to make something as well. Kokoro and Takumi make a scratch post for Tama, Serufu’s pet cat, and Rei and Jobko make a food stand for Pochi, Serufu’s pet dog.
Serufu struggles with the house. In the meantime, everyone takes a break. Seeing her struggle, Rei offers her help. Serufu dejectedly says she wanted to prove herself by completing the house on her own and calls herself clumsy and useless.
The next day, everyone is excited to get started on the construction of their secret hideout. However, as they reach the backside of the school, they are shocked to find out that the materials they worked so hard to collect have disappeared.
About Do It Yourself!!
Do It Yourself is an original anime series by studio PINE JAM. Kazuhiro Yoneda is directing the anime, and Kazuyuki Fudeyasu is penning down the series script.
The anime will follow the daily adventures of Purin and her five school friends who find joy in working on various DIY projects. No matter how much they struggle or how many times they fail, they don’t give up and see the projects through to their end.
