When the police capture Raquel in season 3 and blackmail her to reveal The Professor’s location, Sergio begs her to tell them the truth so they can spare her life.

Moreover, The Professor, who’s usually calm and composed during crises, becomes heartbroken during Raquel’s fake execution. He goes out of his way to dig a tunnel with his friends to rescue Raquel from the police.

Raquel was going through a tough time as she was fighting a legal battle with her husband for the custody of her daughter. She poured her heart out to Sergio and felt accepted and validated for the first time.

Raquel was so in love with The Professor that she could not hand him over to the police even after discovering his truth. The Professor returned her feelings, so things worked out well for them.

4. About Money Heist

Money Heist (Spanish: La casa de papel, meaning “The House of Paper”) is a Spanish heist crime drama television series created by Álex Pina.

The series traces two long-prepared heists led by the Professor (Álvaro Morte), one on the Royal Mint of Spain, and one on the Bank of Spain. The narrative is told in a real-time-like fashion and relies on flashbacks, time-jumps, hidden character motivations, and an unreliable narrator for complexity.

The show focuses on the meticulous plans and the specific contingencies of the Professor who has prepared his group of robbers dressed in red jumpsuits and Dali masks.
