In episode seven, titled “take 07,” platoon 11 returned to HQ with Leslie’s body after the failed mission. Vera told Shigure the mission was still on, but he questioned its purpose due to losing a life.
Platoon 11 was called for a mission and was surprised that Vera would be guiding them. They visited the mansion and found the people to be oddly missing. Searching the area, they found out Hayden took some people hostage to find El-Cee.
The Sleepers were cornered but came up with a plan and caught Hayden off guard. Vera confronted Hayden, but he mentioned if he or Vera would get El-Cee first and fled.

Episode 8 Discussion
The fight to get El-Cee still goes on, and we’re yet to find out her true purpose. The viewers liked the Vera in action but still questioned the CGI effect on the monsters in this episode.
I hope the series gives a better explanation about the Asylum and El-Cee before the season gets over.
Vera plans to continue with the plan to finish El-Cee. Is Shigure taking the mission into his own hands? Will he use this opportunity to stop Hayden or El-Cee? We still have to know what the deal is about the Exiles with El-Cee.
The plot keeps flowing like a wave, but there is undoubtedly some progress in where it is headed. If Leslie does make a comeback, will there be a plot twist from his side? Let’s wait and see what the series brings in the next episode.

Episode 7 Recap
This episode starts with platoon 11 back at HQ with Leslie’s body and Hayden continuing his plans. Karateka’s guards lead Hotep with El-Cee to somewhere safe. At Antarctic Front HQ, platoon 11 wonders what will happen to the team as Leslie is dead.
A woman from the clearing team asks them for Leslie’s belongs, but they mention checking the officers’ quarters. Shigure then tags along with her to help clear Leslie’s stuff. Later, Larry, Kobato, and Sumire are seen helping clear Leslie’s room along with Shigure.
Shigure asks what happens after clearing and if they’ll meet Leslie’s family. Larry reminds him what was said since day one of joining. Larry states that after someone’s death, the body is taken away.
After that, a new Sleeper is brought in, and they continue with new missions.
Vera then calls Shigure to her office. She mentions how the assassination plan is still on, and the details will be revealed soon. Shigure is stunned and asks Vera the purpose of the plan. She rejects telling, but Shigure states she will say to him because it cost Leslie’s life.
Vera tells how a mission has its setbacks. Hearing her statement, Shigure asks if she’s sad about the loss. Vera replies by asking if being sad will satisfy him or bring back Leslie. Shigure apologizes for the side talk and mentions to give him time to think it over.
Later Shigure recalls from a moment about a good-luck charm Leslie mentioned. Afterward, the team is called for a mission, and find Vera will be leading the team. The platoon then finds itself at the exact location of the assassination mission.
They find out that the village chief is missing, and Vera states she’ll help find him. Shigure, Larry, and Kobato are surprised how the commander is invested in the task. As the team explores the mansion, they find it strange that no one is around.
Shigure, remembering Hayden had an agenda, mentions there must’ve been a kidnapping. Checking around for a clue, they find the car in the shed missing as well. Vera orders the team to follow the tracks while she checks out on something.
Meanwhile, Hayden is trying to find El-Cee’s whereabouts from the hostages. Nadia then informs Hayden that platoon 11 and their commander have come. Platoon 11 hears the hostages in trouble and finds them with many Scarred.
As they find it hard to take them down, the commander takes the Scarred out with her strong skills. With the Sleepers trying to rescue the hostages, they get targeted by a sniper. Not knowing what to do, Kobato finds the sniper’s location with the help of Sumire.
The platoon then deceives Hayden as they target the wrong spot. Shigure tries to stop Hayden but gets countered by his reflexes. As Shigure is in trouble, Vera appears and says how Hayden has become a great pawn. She also states she doesn’t want to lose another pawn of her own.
Hayden laughs, telling her all this because she’s obsessed with El-Cee. He mentions he can’t wait to see who’ll get El-Cee first before fleeing. Afterward, platoon 11 return the chief to the village. He thanks them and gives them a unique ring for their help.
Returning to HQ, Sumire understands Shigure encouraged the team and caused the mission’s success. As they head inside, Shigure tells Vera he’ll accept the mission. He states that Leslie’s death won’t be in vain.
