In episode six, titled “Greedon/Gluttony,” team Blackout got lost heading back after their Vanguard match. They later found a place to eat but couldn’t afford it but took up the ramen challenge.
Danji got appointed as Mirei’s chauffeur, which Haruka wasn’t sure about. Tohya, Megumi, and Yu-yu dragged two others with them for the challenge and had their meal.
Midway through the challenge, they were stuffed but managed to win it at the last minute. Megumi had a Vanguard match with Shinobu and won, showing him his place.

Episode 7 Discussion
Megumi finally got to settle her score with Shinobu for what happened at Wonder Hill. Team Blackout seems to be in full swing with stopping Daybreak’s way of Vanguard. Danji gets a little closer to Mirei as she appoints him as her chauffeur.
Danji couldn’t reject his sister’s offer and just wanted her to be happy. Masanori and Haruka are trying to use Danji but did it get out of hand by Mirei’s act? What are their actual plans for Danji?
As team Blackout finds a rest stop in Mino, Danji and Mirei are coincidently heading to the same city. The next episode will be interesting to see as the team meets Danji after a long time. Let’s hope to see a good story development as we wait for the following episodes.

Episode 7 of the Cardfight!! Vanguard overDress (2021) anime, titled “Dark Trickstar/Encounter”, has been released on Monday, Nov 15, 2021.

Episode seven of the Cardfight!! Vanguard overDress anime season two will be released as per schedule. No such delay has been announced.
Episode 6 Recap
This episode starts with team Blackout trying to get back home but is lost in finding the location. After team Blackout’s previous victory, Tohya decided to meet Masanori and ask why he’s burning banners.
Meanwhile, Danji is called by Mirei, and she mentions him to be her chauffeur. Understanding that Haruka isn’t pleased with it, Danji tries to reject the offer but, seeing Mirei’s face, agrees. Haruka mentions Mirei reconsider her decision while Masanori listens through the door.
Later, Tohya, Megumi, and Yu-yu find their way to a ramen spot but realize they’re short on cash. Finding out there’s a challenge meal, they drag Zakusa and Shinobu to take on the challenge as they’re drained.
At first, they start well, but Tohya backs out as he’s full towards the end. With ten minutes left to finish the ramen challenge, Megumi assigns each person to finish an ingredient. Luckily they finish up the ramen in time and manage to get through with the free meal.
Later Megumi recalls Shinobu’s words, and they face each other for a Vanguard fight. As they place their cards, Megumi calls Shinobu out for his behavior before and how she has hated him since then.
Shinobu then calls Greedon to his Vanguard and attacks. He then draws a critical and combines it with his deck along with Greedon. As the fight goes on Shinobu mentions how the weak are mere food to the strong, and because of that, he can manage any opponent.
Megumi retaliates with what Shinobu said and mentions that cardfight is about serious smash-up between the opponents rather than weakness and strengths. She then unleashes a critical and gets ready to use an attack.
Shinobu gets startled at Megumi’s attack and gets hit with a powerful blow from her Vanguard. Shinobu runs away whining, but Megumi tells him never to show his face again. As Tohya and Yu-yu watch, Zakusa mentions he’s infiltrating Daybreak’s headquarter.
He mentions how there’s someone scheming lots of things in Daybreak. Zakusa tells them once things have calmed down, they should have fun with Vanguard. Meanwhile, Danji and Mirei are on their way to Mino.
