A Comprehensive Guide to the Top 10 Most Overrated OVRs in WWE 2K24

WWE 2K24 has already hit the shelves, and fans are excited about the new installment.

However, with every new release comes the debate over superstar ratings. Some ratings hit the mark, while others leave the WWE Universe scratching their heads.

Today, we’re diving into the latter as we explore the top 10 most overrated overall ratings in WWE 2K24.

10. Ricochet – Rating: 81

Ricochet got very little to do in 2024, so a rating of 81 is slightly overrated. The superstar hasn’t yet proven himself on the Main Roster.

9. JBL – Rating: 89

JBL at 89 is really overrated. He should definitely be in the 80s but given Batista’s run was also rated 89, JBL has a higher score than he deserved.

8. Rob Van Dam – Rating: 90

Rob Van Dam at 90 is overrated, given his 2024 run. He did not have any significant achievement for getting an above 90 rating.

He did have a cool run and became WWE champion for 2 months but 90 does not justify that, compared to his contemporaries.

7. Bray Wyatt – 90

Bray Wyatt’s rating at 90 depends on what version we’re talking about. If we talk about his last run, we did not get enough in-ring knowledge to make a fair judgement. In that case, he is sort of overrated.

He also had way too many feuds for him to touch the 90 mark. Again, people like Batista did not touch the 90 mark, so it seems unfair.

6. Solo Sikoa – Rating: 86

Solo Sikoa is extremely overrated, considering his last iteration in WWE. Sikoa is on a 75-match losing streak right now, so there’s no reason for him to be rated so close to some other superstars who have had a way better run.

5. Jey Uso – Rating: 90

Jey Uso’s rise as a singles competitor has been impressive, but his rating of 90 is just too much too soon.

Some fans feel that this number reflects his potential more than his achievements inside the ring. While his storyline involvement has been significant, there’s a sentiment that his in-ring success doesn’t align with such a high rating, especially compared to other singles competitors.

4. Eve Torres – Rating: 85

Eve Torres being rated 85 is criminally overrated. She hasn’t done or won anything as marvelous for her to be rated so high, especially when compared to other juggernauts in WWE.

3. Becky Lynch – Rating: 94

Becky Lynch being in the 90s bracket makes sense, but pushing it to 94 is too much, as per many fans. She is slightly overrated, especially when compared to her 2019 version.

The game rates Lynch’s 2019 version at 90, when her run that year was much better than the current run. Therefore, in comparison, Becky Lynch is not correctly rated.

2. Bret Hart – Rating: 93

Bret Hart’s technical skill and storytelling in the ring are legendary, earning him a rating of 93.

However, fans debate whether this rating holds up in the modern era of wrestling, where everything is so cut-throat and athleticism and style have evolved beyond imagination.

Hart’s influence on wrestling is profound, but fans think the rating is still too high for the man.

1. Logan Paul – Rating: 90

Logan Paul’s rating of 90 has left many WWE fans perplexed. Although Paul’s athleticism is commendable, his in-ring experience doesn’t justify the rating to place him alongside wrestling juggernauts.

Logan’s high-profile onslaughts have been a mix of celebrity novelty and athletic display, it does not warranty such a high rating for a mediocre run. The debate continues as fans weigh star power against wrestling prowess.
