2. Recap of Episode 11 of Witch Watch
The latest episode of Witch Watch started with Kanshi looking around the school to find people who could be suspicious. Meanwhile, while Morihito and Nico were leaving school, Nemu intercepted them, had them take her home, and told them everything she knew. She also told them that Nico was a mage with incredible power, one who is only born once in a thousand years. She also explained that Warlocks are basically evil mages who want to use their power for evil, unlike other mages.
Meanwhile, Kanshi ran into Keigo, who was getting bullied by another boy. After he defeated the bully, he learnt that a drug-laced toffee was being spread around the school by an anonymous source named Wolf. He then realised that the toffee was imbued with magic, not a drug, and this was used to control students. Soon after, he ran into the “Wolf”, fought him, and got beaten up pretty bad. Wolf then told Kanshi to tell Morihito that he would be next.
When the beaten Kanshi returned home, everyone was shocked, but they also learnt that the Warlock’s familiar was among them in the school. Morihito then asked Nemu to locate the place where she had found the Warlock so they could ambush them early on. She went around to search the place, only to realise that it was a space generated by magic, and she only entered it the previous time because the entry of the space was concealed and lied closer to the ground, and since she was a cat, she unknowingly entered it.
While she was lucky enough to spot the Warlock’s lair again, she was caught by the Warlock this time, and she was put to sleep so that she wouldn’t interfere with their plan. Meanwhile, at school, Morihito was trying to find Wolf and was getting help from Keigo to do this. When Keigo was asked why he was willing to help with their search even though it was dangerous, he told them that he felt like he finally had friends for the first time, and wanted to cherish the feeling, which was really wholesome coming from the dull Keigo.
After nightfall, the whole gang headed out to the location where Wolf had called Keigo. However, while the whole group walked to the location, Keigo pulled Morihito into a trapdoor hidden by a spell, which was the lair of the Warlock. From inside the artificial space, Keigo told him that he was pretending to be nice to get close to the lot. He then revealed that he belonged to a family of werewolf familiars and that he had made a pact with the Warlock, who promised to grant him a wish. Finally, Keigo transformed into the white haired familiar under the moonlight.
3. Speculation of Episode 12 of Witch Watch
The latest episode of Witch Watch ended with the most shocking twist that Keigo was the Warlock’s familiar all along. The biggest problem here is that Morihito’s strategy to win against this man was to use Nico’s magic to give him the upper hand in battle. Since they have been separated, this won’t work anymore.
Meanwhile, Nico only has Kanshi to protect her from the Warlock and the men that she has brainwashed. Kanshi and Morihito will be having very difficult fights in the upcoming episode, but we can expect Nemu to wake up soon, and she will likely help Morihito in his battle since she was put to sleep around the same place.
