Episode 6 of My Hero Academia: Vigilantes, titled “Crossing Lines,” follows Stendhal as he carries out violent attacks on members of the Abegawa Tenchu Kai and delivers their blood to Kuin Hachisuka. Kuin, meanwhile, sets her sights on Soga Kugizaki and tries to pressure him into using the Trigger drug to defend himself. Soga refuses, but she forces it on him anyway, using her bees to inject him and turn him into a rampaging Instant Villain.

While Soga is losing control, Koichi shows up and tries to help. But Stendhal quickly paralyzes him using his Quirk. Just as things take a turn for the worse, Knuckleduster arrives and steps in to protect Koichi. He doesn’t just fight Stendhal, he challenges his thinking.

Knuckleduster draws a literal line between them and warns Stendhal not to cross it, both as a threat and a test. When the fight ends, it’s clear Stendhal is rattled. Knuckleduster’s words leave a mark, making him question who really deserves justice.

After the fight, the group regroups and tends to their wounds. Stendhal walks away, but not unchanged. When Kuin tries to speak with him again, he attacks her and slices off his own nose, rejecting the identity he’s been hiding behind. From that moment on, he decides to live by a new purpose. Stendhal is gone, and Stain, the Hero Killer, is born. The episode gives us a closer look at what pushed him over the edge and offers a darker, more personal moment in the series.

3. Speculation of Episode 7 of My Hero Academia: Vigilantes

Based on how episode 6 ended, episode 7 of My Hero Academia: Vigilantes looks to slow things down a bit and shift the focus to Koichi’s personal life. The preview suggests Makoto Tsukauchi, younger sister of detective Naomasa, will take a more central role. She notices Koichi struggling with schoolwork and offers to help him out, possibly using this as a way to get closer to him, or to learn more about what he’s really involved in.

The episode may explore Koichi and Makoto’s growing friendship, which could raise some eyebrows, especially from Pop Step. Her jealousy hints at deeper feelings for Koichi that she hasn’t fully dealt with. If Makoto visits Koichi’s home, it could stir up rumors again, something Koichi would rather avoid after past misunderstandings.

We might also start to see hints that Makoto’s interest in Koichi isn’t just personal. Given her background and connections, she could be investigating vigilante activity. If that’s the case, Koichi might find himself caught between friendship, suspicion, and his double life.
