The episode starts with Marin having dinner at Gojo’s place, where she learns how detailed Hina doll-making really is. All the effort made by Gojo makes Marin want to help him out in her own way.
Since sewing’s not her strong suit, she makes bentos for Gojo so he doesn’t have to line up at the cafeteria. Gojo appreciates them (after fearing for his life) anyways, and of course, Marin is over the moon about it.
Later, Marin and the class start planning her pageant performance. With just one minute to impress the crowd, she goes for a flashy host-style act. They even rope in Takeru to help Marin act more manly.
Meanwhile, the suit looks great once it’s done, and Murakami is the most excited about it but Gojo isn’t satisfied by the fit. Since Marin wore shapewear during the fitting, it doesn’t feel right to him. Marin lets him make whatever changes he wants, knowing it’ll bug him if it’s not just right.
