Chrono Odyssey Closed Beta is Now Available- Here’s How You Can Sign Up

It’s been some time since we’ve seen a new MMORPG release, with the last one being New World: Aeternum, which launched back in October 2024. However, MMORPG enthusiasts have some exciting news: a new game called Chrono Odyssey is on the horizon. 

Chrono Odyssey is an upcoming MMORPG that distinguishes itself with unique time manipulation mechanics. The game takes place in the world of Setera, a realm where time behaves unpredictably, blending medieval landscapes with post-apocalyptic ruins. You can experience this game ahead of its official release by signing up for the closed beta test.

1. How to Sign Up for the Chrono Odyssey Closed Beta?

Players can register for the PC-exclusive closed beta via Steam by clicking this link. This link will take you to the official Chrono Odyssey page on Steam. There, you can request access to join the Playtest.

To participate in the Closed Beta Test, you can easily launch the Steam Client or use the Steam app on your phone to search for the game. Once you find it, simply click on the Playtest Button. This way, you’ll be included in the pool of potential players who could gain access when the Closed Beta Test goes live.

While the exact beta start date is still pending, it’s confirmed to begin in June 2025.

During the beta, players will have the opportunity to dive into some of the early-game quests in Seterra, the world where Chrono Odyssey unfolds. You’ll be able to explore one specific region and try out three distinct classes: the Swordsman, Ranger, and Berserker, each offering unique playstyles and skill trees to discover.

Chrono Odyssey is an upcoming MMORPG developed by Chrono Studio and published by Kakao Games. It stands out with its time manipulation mechanics, allowing players to rewind combat mistakes, freeze enemies, and explore past eras. The game is set in Setera, a world where time behaves unpredictably, blending medieval landscapes with post-apocalyptic ruins. 

The closed beta is scheduled for June 2025, with sign-ups available on Steam. The full game is expected to launch later in 2025 on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series XS.
