The official Twitter handle for Houbunsha’s Manga Time Kirara magazine has revealed a mesmerizing visual with the announcement. It features the shy and socially anxious protagonist Umika with gleaming eyes.

Rasuko understood that an introvert’s greatest dream is finding a way to communicate with others without talking, and thus gave Umika a telepath. Yes, I’m referring to the story’s second lead, Yuu.

Yuu is an alien who can communicate with others by connecting foreheads. She was nothing less than a god sent for Umika, who fears to speak to others. Naturally, the two formed a deep bond that eventually became a romance.

The pair went on to form a rocket club which was joined by others, making Umika nervous and happy at the same time. This club was started as a means of socializing and connecting for Umika and served its purpose well.

As the girls divulge into more rocket-making science, we get some swoon-worthy blossoming romances and friendships.

Hoshikuzu Telepath is more of a coming-of-age story than a sci-fi romance. It involves character development and getting over our greatest fears while enjoying youth.

So if you’re someone who cannot resist either of those genres, then this anime is for you.
