What is Saitama’s workout routine? Is OPM’s routine realistic?

Saitama is the strongest character yet seen in One Piece Man and we have reason enough to believe that he may never be surpassed.

Just like Genos, each and every fan of One Punch Man would like to know the secret behind his great power. How exactly is he so strong? Is it possible to become like him in reality?

1. What is Saitama’s workout routine?

The secret behind Saitama’s strength lies behind his intense three years of a continuous but moderately difficult workout. His workout consisted of 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, and 100 crouches, all followed up by a 10 km run every day.

Saitama never took any breaks and worked hard towards building up his strength.

The secret behind Saitama’s strength lies in three years of continuous butdifficult workouts – 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 crouches, all followed up by a 10 km run, every single day.

While this itself is a major factor behind his strength, the real reason lies elsewhere. Saitama is inhumanely strong because he has broken through the limiter he had on his body.

3. Can someone else follow Saitama’s workout?

Saitama’s workout is relatively easy, and anyone can follow that with expending a little effort. However, the results it yields might differ from person to person.

The reason for this is that Saitama gained strength after surpassing his limits and breaking through his limiter. This workout of his only helped him take a step further to achieve that.

There are people like Garou who have also succeeded in breaking through their limiters, though the way they did so, differs.

Garou broke his limiter after fighting countless near-death battles and become an immensely powerful monster that continuously grows stronger.

People all have different limits and ways of breaking that. In conclusion, while it is entirely possible to follow Saitama’s workout, there are no guarantees that it will lead to major development.

4. Is the One Punch Man’s workout possible in real life?

One Punch Man’s workout of doing 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 crouches, and a 10 km run is indeed possible in real life.

However, if one wants to build up strength like Saitama, we are sorry to inform you that you aren’t going to destroy the dominator of the universe any time soon.

There are many more effective ways of getting in shape for people who want to focus on their fitness rather than this overbearing workout.

I. Should one follow One Punch Man’s Workout?

There are definitely some benefits to be gained after following the workout, such as running. Running can strengthen your heart muscles and helps the flow of blood. In addition, a repetitive workout can help you build endurance.

However, while following Saitama’s routine might work at first, later, it will lead to the over-development of the upper body.

This will create a cascading effect, which will ultimately lead to injuries down the road and likely traumatize the mind and body.

It should go without saying really that any advice like this from a fictional series should be taken with a pinch of salt.

It might be alright to follow Saitama’s routine, but at least one rest day between exercise should be routine as the muscles need time to repair and grow.

5. About One Punch Man

One-Punch Man is a Japanese superhero webcomic created by the artist One in early 2009. It has a manga adaptation illustrated by Yusuke Murata, as well as an anime adaptation. Following its publication, the webcomic quickly went viral, surpassing 7.9 million hits in June 2012.

On an unnamed Earth-like supercontinent planet, powerful monsters and villains have been wreaking havoc in the cities.

To combat them, the world’s government created a Hero Association that employs superheroes to stop them. The heroes are ranked from Class C to Class S.

Saitama, an unassociated hero, hails from the metropolis of City-Z and performs heroic deeds for his own entertainment.

He has trained himself to the point where he broke his “limit” and can effortlessly defeat any opponent with a single punch while slaying monsters the same way.

But he is now bored with his omnipotence and frustrated by sensing he lacks a challenge.
