Season 2 will encapture the Christmas Showdown or the Black Dragon arc of the manga. The story will continue from where they left off in season 1, with Takemichi as a big shot name in Toman and Kisaki Tetta still in control of the gang.

If anything, the Toman has become even more ruthless and vicious, leaving no way of putting them down. Naoto Tachibana and Takemichi will once again join forces to send the latter in the past to save everyone, especially Hina.

However, this time when Takemichi leaps into the past, he will be greeted by a new and more dangerous adversary, the Black Dragon. It is another motorcycle gang in Tokyo that has been ruling Japan for generations and has a stronghold in the delinquent world.

We can only imagine how Takemichi will overcome this and make it out alive.

While the manga had gotten bad reviews from fans, the anime still has time to recover the broken reputation.

The only way it can be done is not to mess up the upcoming season and make it as thrilling as ever.
