Toshio Satou’s Suppose a Kid from the Last Dungeon Boonies Moved to a Starter Town follows young Lloyd, who wants to become a soldier in the capital.
Although he is the weakest boy in his village, he is a monster among ordinary humans.
The anime adaptation of the light novel was initially set to premiere in October 2020. It was delayed due to the COVID 19 pandemic situation.
On Monday, the anime’s official website revealed that the show would now premiere on January 4 on AT-X, Tokyo MX, BS11, Abema, and Sun TV. Funimation will stream the anime.
NBC Universal’s YouTube channel is streaming a new promotional video for the anime.
In the video, we get to see clips of Lloyd defeating a giant bug.
Fans are expecting to see good character development and humor to compensate for the underlying dark tones. The studio’s animation is decent, the backgrounds are well-drawn, and the colors pop-out.
