Strike Witches started out as simple magazine illustrations, quickly got adapted to novels, manga and anime, and became a mix-media franchise.
The series revolves around teenage girls who hold magical powers to engage in aerial combat against the “Neuroi.”
Road to Berlin is the third season of the Strike Witches anime, and it will feature the alliance’s operation to capture Berlin from the “Neuroi.”
The official website of the Strike Witches: Road To Berlin announced that the upcoming season is scheduled for release on 7th October.
The anime will be broadcasted on TOKYO MX, TV Aichi, KBS Kyoto, and Sun TV on the 7th and BS11 on 8th October.
Tsubasa of Courage is the opening theme song of Strike Witches: Road To Berlin, and it is performed by Yoko Ishida.
The opening song will be released on 28th October as both a regular edition and a limited edition DVD.
“Strike Witches & Brave Witches Theme Song BEST” is an album that will contain all the theme songs from the previous anime of the franchise.
The album will be released on 30th September and will include 15 theme songs as well as additional tracks.
In the new Strike Witches: Road To Berlin anime, the 501st Integrated Combat Wing called “Strike Witches” will reassemble and take over Berlin.
Shizuka Hattori is the new member who will join the aerial combat against the Neuroi.
The upcoming anime is animated by David Productions. The “Strike Witches ” anime has been adapted into sequels and spinoffs like World Witches, Luminous Witches, and Brave Witches.
