Movie Announces 2023 Premiere

The whole Black Clover fandom was thunder-struck when the anime was shut down in 2021 with no news of a proper conclusion.
Weekly Shonen Jump’s issue #15 has just revealed that the Black Clover anime movie will be released in 2023.
Since both Funimation and Crunchyroll stream the series, the film will likely get licensed for western countries very soon after its premiere in Japan.
The Black Clover anime ended with episode 170, which showed Liebe’s backstory. Asta’s mom, Licita, was like a mother to him and got killed trying to save him.
In the upcoming movie, Asta and Liebe will learn to use Devil Union and go through grueling training with Nacht.
The Black Clover movie is bound to be one of the biggest box-office releases of 2023, as there isn’t a single shonen fan who doesn’t know about this anime.
