Mangaka Takes Break to Recover

With Japan’s unhealthy work lifestyle, it’s no wonder that mangaka often suffer from serious illnesses. The latest addition to this is Daisuke Ashihara.
Since Daisuke is recovering from his illness, he will be taking a hiatus, and the next chapter for World Trigger will be published in the April Issue.
It was confirmed that Daisuke is not suffering from the Covid-19 disease. He is just resting up so that he can give fans more of World Trigger goodness.
World Trigger manga is currently on chapter 205 with the Expedition Selection Exam 3 arc.
The lineup for the Away Mission is finally revealed and Katori and Osamu are on the same expedition team.
As much as we want World Trigger’s new chapter to be released soon, the mangaka’s health is what’s more important right now.
