World Trigger Manga on Hiatus

Mangaka Falls Sick Again

By Epic Dope Staff | March 31, 2021

The panels of your favorite manga are the result of hours of hard work and dedication. Such intense efforts often result in health deterioration.

For time and time again, Daisuke Ashihara's World Trigger manga has been subjected to long and short breaks due to his poor physical condition.

The official website for World Trigger manga revealed that the manga would not be seen in the April issue of Shueisha's Jump SQ magazine.

However, the announcement somewhat relieved us by confirming that Ashihara's illness is in no way related to the new coronavirus disease.

The author is currently recovering slowly, and we sincerely hope to see him back.

The final episode of World Trigger S2 will release on April 11, and S3 in October has already been confirmed.

The B-ranks wars finally get intense, and fans can take the anime as compensation until our fan-favorite mangaka gets back to his drawing table.
