WATATEN! Announces New Anime Project

WATATEN! anime’s official website announced that the franchise has started a new animation project for WATATEN!.
The official website news was followed by the visual poster which states the planning of starting a new anime project.
WATATEN!: An Angel Flew Down to Me is a comedy anime based on Nanatsu Mukunoki’s Watashi ni Tenshi ga Maiorita! Manga.
It was adapted into a 12-episode anime with a special OVA back in 2019.
All the 12 episodes of “WATATEN!: An Angel Flew Down to Me” are available for the viewers to watch on Crunchyroll.
A music group named “WATATEN!☆5” was made to promote the anime’s cast. The members will release an album, Delicious Smile, on Nov 25th.
The group is going to hold a live solo on February 6th, 2021. Anyone can participate in the event as no ticket fee will be taken.
