The official website of Warlords of Sigrdrifa has released a new trailer, visuals, and staff and cast details of the anime premiering on October 3.
Warlords of Sigrdrifa anime belongs to the fantasy genre. A prequel novel, Warlords of Sigrdrifa: Rusalka was published by Kadokawa Shoten this year.
Warlords of Sigrdrifa’s first episode will be broadcast as a one-hour special. The anime is produced by Aniplex and animated by A-1 Studio.
A new light novel titled, Sigrdrifa Sakura on the Battlefield by Tappei Nagatsuki and Takuya Fujima will be released on 1st October 2020.
The anime is an original by Studio A1 Pictures featuring battle maidens called Valkyries who were sent by Odin to battle the Pillars and save Humanity.
The Pillars had appeared in the skies several years ago. Using planes called “HeroCraft”, the Valkyries lead the war against Humanity's enemy.
