Netflix Will Air Anime In 2021

Thermae Romae is a funny Rome meets Japan story that is finally getting an anime adaptation it deserves.
Netflix in partnership with Mari Yamazaki is making an anime adaptation titled “Thermae Romae Novae” which will be released in 2021.
Thermae Romae is a hilarious bathhouse comedy that follows Lucius, a Roman bath designer with creative troubles.
The visual poster features Lucius in a modern Japanese bathhouse attire carrying bath items in a Roman spa.
He says “Omnes Thermae Romam Ducunt” which means “All Bathhouses Lead to Rome.” The poster was drawn by Mari Yamazaki in Oct 2020.
NAZ production house is producing the series, & Mari Yamazaki has written new stories solely for this new collaboration.
The manga inspired a three-episode anime adaptation in the year 2012 followed by two live-action movies garnering much attention.
