Mangaka Passes Away

The Misfit of Demon King Academy manga series is infused with both witty humor and action which is sure to keep you hooked.
Square Enix confirmed that artist Kayaharuka of The Misfit of Demon King Academy manga passed away on July 6th, 2021.
The publishing company previously announced an indefinite hiatus as Kayaharuka was receiving treatment for pancreatic cancer.
Although the cause of death wasn’t specified, the artist’s declining health could’ve been the responsible factor.
This reminds me how mangakas work extremely hard and often overwork themselves to supply fans with the best-of-the-best content.
Even after knowing that they didn’t have much time left due to the illness, they still never let their work suffer.
