Platinum End, the latest anime from the creators of Death Note, will be released today, and thriller fans are already making a beeline to stream it.
As a fan of the manga, I can confirm that if you’ve ever craved for another story that will give you the adrenaline rush and continuous brain games of Death Note, then this is it.
The Platinum End anime will be released on October 7, 2021, and will receive 24 episodes in total. Both Crunchyroll and Funimation will stream it.
It is pretty common for the 24-episode series to be split into cours, but Platinum End promises an uninterrupted run till March 2022.
The Platinum End manga ended in January 2021 with 58 chapters in total. So, the anime might adapt the whole of the manga’s plot in one go.
