Final Fantasy IX is set to be adapted into an anime. The series will be co-produced by Square Enix and French-based Cyber Group Studios.
Final Fantasy IX is set in a medieval world with humans, humanoids, and other fictional races.
It is about Zidane, a thief who kidnaps the princess of Alexandria and then teams up with her in order to protect the kingdom from evil forces.
While the fans are begging for a remake of this old classic, the adaptation will probably cool that fire down.
