Though the days of moe-emo anime are long past us, the iconic series “Black Rock Shooter” has risen from the ashes like Phoenix.
They unveiled the anime project titled “Black ★★ Rock Shooter DAWN FALL” with a new key visual illustrated by the franchise’s original creator Ryohei Fuke.
The visual features the protagonist, Rock, falling from the sky as she tries to catch her motorbike mid-air while holding on to her iconic cannon with her other hand.
On a closer inspection, we can see Rock’s eye glowing with blue light, a fixture that has been part of her iconic design since 2007.
Much like the protagonist, information about the “Dawn Fall” anime’s broadcast date and the plot is scarce, but we expect that there will be more updates in the coming weeks.
