We all know how Netflix live-action adaptations tend to turn out, but an anime remake of a live-action film is another thing.
Netflix has released a PV for Bright: Samurai Soul. The upcoming anime film will debut on October 12, 2021.
The PV reveals the center point of the story, the Wand, which holds immeasurable power and follows the user’s will, be it good or evil.
The new visual shows Izo, Raiden and Sonya, standing in front of a castle while the story’s antagonist, Master Kotetsu, stares maliciously from the background.
While the original film did not turn too many heads, it seems like the animated medium might be better suited.
