My Hero Academia Translator Harassed

Although social media serves to connect like-minded people, they are also an outlet for some people to burden others with their negativity.
Caleb Cook, the Japanese to English translator for manga such as My Hero Academia & Dr. Stone, has been driven off Twitter due to harassment.
Some MHA fans have accused Caleb of being one-sided towards some characters and claim that his translations are inaccurate.
This was due to a fan translator who knew and understood Japanese pointed out a slight difference between the original and translated text.
Caleb had violently responded to the tweet using slangs, pinning all the blame of the hate comments on the user.
The encounter went out of hand and fans either showed hate towards Caleb or the person who was trying to point out a technical mistake.
There is no such thing as a perfect translation. It is not possible to translate expressions word to word in a language.
Professional translators are not paid adequately, yet they continue to work. They can work like this purely out of their love and appreciation for the series.
