In episode 22, Himiko Toga’s life is in severe danger as Skeptic snatches her from Twice and tries to twist her neck until it breaks.

Twice was able to save the unconscious Himiko from the hands of Skeptic’s anthropomorphic puppets by unleashing the full potential of his quirk.

As for Himiko, though she is still unconscious, her life seems safe, but only time can tell if she will survive.
