My Hero Academia 289 Delay & Spoilers

The official Twitter account of Weekly Shonen Jump announced that chapter 289 of My Hero Academia will be on a one week break.
The chapter will be published in issue 48. Chapter 289 of My Hero Academia is likely to be released on 1st November.
Issue 46 had a small comment from Horikoshi where he apologized for taking a break & drawing many pictures that would be announced soon.
Mangakas struggle with deadlines and tight schedules. It is not a surprise that the mangaka is going on a week break, considering the current arc.
MHA portrays the life of Izuku, a quirkless kid in a world of superpowers. It features a struggle of power with a concept of good and evil.
Chapter 288 shows Toga asking Uraraka for help, disguised as an old woman. Uraraka helps the old lady but Toga changes back and attacks her.
Chapter 289 is, thus, likely to continue with the fight between Toga and Uraraka as their dispute still remains unsettled.
