My Hero Academia manga series written and illustrated by Kōhei Horikoshi has released its 283rd chapter as of 6th September 2020.
The manga is currently narrating the Paranormal Liberation War Arc which is the eighteenth story arc in My Hero Academia.
Chapter 283 titled “75” displayed Dr. Garaki transferring the All For One Quirk from the original wielder to his successor Shigaraki.
The heroes work tirelessly to stop Shigaraki’s transformation and Mirko stops the transfer of All For One’s power at 75%.
As his modification was halted, Shigaraki’s body is unable to contain the full power produced by All For One and his chest begins to rip apart.
Since Shigaraki also possesses a healing quirk, he heals simultaneously. Towards the end of the chapter, the heroes are seen struggling to fight against him.
Midoriya’s immense rage over Gran Torino’s death results in him being able to tap into the 7th One For All user, Nana Shimura power.
Chapter 284 has been postponed to September 18th. The heroes are in for a hellish battle against Nomu, Shigaraki, Gigantomachia and other supervillains.
