Star & Stripe is Stronger Than You Think

We knew Star and Stripe was going to be strong when someone like All for One acknowledged her as the strongest female hero in the world.
After what went down in My Hero Academia’s chapter 331, she might be able to take on all of Japan’s top ten heroes at the same time.
New Order is the type of quirk that does not have any natural counters in the world of My Hero Academia.
Although All for One seems to have infinite potential, it is highly dependent on the collected quirks and their combinations.
It’s not known if she can disable a quirk by assigning a rule. She could just shut down her opponent’s quirk and order their heart to stop.
The only counter to her might be someone who doesn’t have a clear sense of identity with a very strong quirk, but none of the heroes seem to have that.
