In a recent tweet of MAPPA’s ex-animator, it was revealed staff members have unhealthy working hours.
Mushiyo is currently a freelance animator and he stated his reasons for leaving through a Twitter thread.
Mushiyo has explained that MAPPA was unprepared when four major projects were accepted.
You bet the animators had quite the tough schedule.
He also revealed that the junior or lower-ranking animators were stuck in a loop of correcting mistakes.
80% of the staff who faced a similar problem have left due to the back-breaking schedule.
