Manga Premieres Oct 25

TV Tokyo confirmed a live-action adaptation of Masayuki Kusumi and Yoshitoshi Abe’s Kodomo no Gourmet manga, which will debut on Oct 25.
Kusumi and Abe launched the manga in the comicS+ app before going on hiatus. It rebooted on the online manga service Renta! last Nov.
Hajime Senoo is directing the series, with a script by Yōhei Yamazaki. The main protagonist An Yomogino will be played by Misaki Ishii.
The story is about Yomogino, a fourth-grader who loves to take up the challenge of cooking. She vows to make and eat scrumptious dishes.
