Kimi ni Todoke: Soulmate is a new spinoff of the franchise. It is likely to debut in the February issue of Bessatsu Margaret magazine.
The series has had 6 spinoff mangas already. Each of the spinoff chapters portrays a particular aspect of Sawako and Kazahaya’s life.
The upcoming chapter will most likely illustrate a set of obstacles that the pair need to overcome. Though they confessed their love, life isn’t as simple.
The manga is licensed by Viz Media for its North American release. Its final chapter was published in 2017. However, the series is still as popular as ever.
The story is very common: a lonely girl meets a popular boy, & the hurdles they face. The feelings of them both are discovered and nurtured slowly.
