Hortensia Saga, the RPG game's anime adaptation, will premiere in January 2021. The official website released a PV for the upcoming anime.
The trailer shows the kingdom of Hortensia undergoing a war. The pillars of the kingdom shake as the tyrant king exploits everyone.
The rightful heir of the kingdom is a woman who hid her identity. Alfred, the protagonist, is also shown in battle scenes as he learns about the kingdom.
A visual for the anime was revealed. The visual shows Alfred Ober surrounded by knights. It also features the heir of Hortensia.
The theme song of the anime is “Leader” by the band My First Story. The theme song is heard in the background of the anime's trailer.
The story is set in a kingdom that was sabotaged by a new king who unjustly took the crown. The real heir is here now for her righteous place.
