Horimiya manga will receive an anime in January 2021. An official website for the anime has just been opened and a new visual has been revealed.

The visual depicts the main characters Hori and Miyamura. The anime adaptation is being produced by studio CloverWorks.

Kyoko Hori will be voiced by Haruka Tomatsu and Izumi Miyamura by Kouki Uchiyama. A show featuring the voice actors will be aired on 21st September.

The first trailer for the upcoming anime will also be released in the same program which will air on Abema TV. Yuki Iwai will host the show.

Kyoko Hori is the school’s smart and popular girl who is quite the opposite of the shy and gloomy Miyamura. Both of them have their own secrets.

While Hori struggles with taking care of herself and her younger brother, Souta, Miyamura constantly hides all his piercings and tattoos.

By sheer chance, the two cross paths outside of school, neither looking as the other expects. They protect each other’s secret lives and begin to get closer.
