Gyoko no Nikuko-san is a calming anime film about a mother-daughter duo who is figuring out life together.
Studio 4°C's anime film, Gyoko no Nikuko-san, will premiere in Japan on 11th June. The main cast members of the film have been revealed!
Hiro Shimono is the cast of a lizard and a gecko with an “ikemen voice” to voice the thoughts of Kikuko and Nikuko.
Kikuko and Nikuko will be navigating through life together. While Kikuko is a daydreamer, Nikuko tries to live life as cheerfully as possible.
The light novel that inspired the film describes Nikuko and her daughter’s lives, and I can't wait to see how the anime film adapts the story.
