The official website for the Golden Kamuy franchise revealed that the anime’s third season will premiere on October 5, 2020.
The show announced the release of the series’ season three at the franchise’s special event in Tokyo. The anime will also stream on Fuji on Demand.
Fomare will perform the opening theme song “Grey,” and The Sixth Lie will perform the ending theme song “Yūsetsu”.
In season 3, Sugimoto and Tanigaki will continue their search for Asirpa in the Katafuto region and uncover her father's past as they flee from numerous foes.
Golden Kamuy is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Satoru Noda. A two season anime TV adaptation by Geno Studio premiered in 2018.
