7SEEDS Ending Taken Down By Staff

7SEEDS, the apocalyptic anime, recently came under fire due to claims of plagiarism. The ending of the anime resembled that of another series.
The official website of 7SEEDS announced that the staff will be changing the ending of the sequel.
The particular sequence bears a resemblance to the ending sequence of Beyond the Boundary anime (2013).
The production team stated that they have inspected both the works and concluded that it is “impossible to deny” the similarity between them.
The second season will be available as BluRay in two parts which will be released on 27th Jan and 28th April.
In an industry with many projects with overlapping tropes, the similarity in plots is common. But, plagiarism can lead creators to be criticized.
