The film earned a total of US$197 Million making it the 5th highest-earning film in Japan topping Harry Potter.
Demon Slayer Movie not only conquered the theatres but the manga gained impressive rankings breaking the major sales record of 2020.
Anime films like “Violet Evergarden” & “Monster Strike The Movie” released but none could compete with Mugen Train.
Violet Evergarden movie earned US$16.4 mil. While Mugen Train earned its success both due to popularity & luck of premiering at the right time.
