Season 4 of Attack on Titan was scheduled for a fall 2020 release with both Crunchyroll and Funimation announcing to stream the final season.
Crunchyroll has announced that the anime is “on its way to Crunchyroll, later this year” amidst speculations of the final season getting postponed to 2021.
Funimation has also announced that it will stream the dubbed version of the anime on a later date thus ending speculations about a delayed premiere.
The fourth and final season of the anime is likely to encompass the whole manga. The anime might be delayed due to the manga not arriving at its conclusion yet.
In the final season, our protagonists will venture outside the Paradis island. A war will be wedged between the Marleyans and the Eldians.
