The opening theme song of the anime, “Chase the Core,” is performed by Takao Sakuma. The CD version of the song was delayed due to the pandemic, but a new release date has been set. The CD will be released on January 13, 2021. The limited-edition CD will cost ¥ 2, 200 ($ 20.5), and the regular version will cost ¥ 1,300 ($ 12.15).

The story revolves around Maeshima, a figure skater who shifts to skate leading. It is a youthful anime filled with the ambitions and passion of the youth who give it their all to win the competition.

Goro Taniguchi directed the anime under studio J. C. Staff. It is written by Noboru Kimura, and the music composition is by Ryu Takahashi. Yoko Ito is in charge of character design.
