Samurai 8 Chapter 41 – Release Date, Raw Scans, Spoilers, Where To Read & Story Updates

The beginning of Samurai 8 had its pros and cons, depending upon various readers.

However, if there is one thing every Kishimoto-fan can agree upon – it is that Samurai 8, chapter 39, was phenomenal!

The story of Hachi has reached an exciting point, leaving us fans too eager to wait for one week. Let’s talk about the next chapter then!

1. Chapter 41 Release Date

The next chapter of the series will be released on March 8. Chapter 41 will begin with a mysterious samurai attacking Ata. Not only that, this samurai seems strong, but he is theorized to be the long-dead brother of Ann, Nanashi!

2. Chapter 41 Speculation

A mysterious samurai appeared at the final panel of chapter 40, who is after Ata. We might see him fighting against Ata.

Kishimoto might also make him fight one of Hachi’s brothers so that fans could gauge out their strengths compared to Hachimaru.

In addition to that, we may get some information on the background of this samurai, who seems to be Ann’s late brother – Nanashi.

There is a strong possibility of the two powerhouses – Daruma & Hanichi coming back as well.

3. Chapter 41 Raw Scans

Yes, Ann’s brother Nanashi is somehow alive. The raw scans for Samurai 8 show Hachi being rescued by Nanashi, who is a samurai now.

It seems like all this has led Hachi to an epiphany since he says to Nanashi,

“Thank you, Nanashi. I finally have a clear understanding of myself. Just like Fudo-Myo, being alive or dead is something I can decide myself.”

4. Chapter 40 Plot

Chapter 40 was rather short in terms of plot. It began with Hanaichi and Daruma being transported to a different dimension due to Ata’s attack.

With no H-particles in space, their bodies begin to disintegrate. Ata explains that a samurai has a mastery of cutting and reconnecting, which can be applied to dimensions as well.

After that, Ata used Ususama Style’s Cat Beckoning to call Hachi, Ann, and Hayataro to his location. He defeated Hachimaru in a fraction of second, dismantled him, and captured him.

Ann and Hayataro got captured as well, and are currently being used to complete the trinity of Hachimaru’s seven brothers.

While the rest of the gang transports to a far off place in the galaxy to save themselves, Ata tells Hachimaru that due to his strong heroism – Hachimaru cannot die.

Thus, he will be used as a training dummy forever.

The final panel of the chapter shows a mysterious samurai appearing with the kanji for “seven” looking for Hachimaru.

5. Where To Read Samurai 8

Kishimoto’ Samurai 8 is currently published under Shueisha’s Shonen Jump. We recommend you buy the manga/books and read from official sources only. #SAYNOTOPIRACY

For cheaper options, you can buy the monthly subscription to Shonen Jump itself. The subscription will cost $1.99/month and give you access to approximately 10,000+ chapters, which is not a bad deal at all.

You can also buy Samurai 8: The Tail of Hachimaru Volume 1 because there’s nothing like a real book.

6. About Samurai 8

Kishimoto Sensei, the creator of wildly popular series Naruto, is back with yet another excellent piece of work – the new manga, Samurai 8: Hachimaruden. It began serialization in Shueisha’s Shonen Jump in April 2019.

Hachimaru is a boy who has had multiple allergies and health issues since birth resulting in a bed-ridden life forever. One day he has a fateful encounter with one of the legendary Samurai – Daruma!

In a sudden battle against Horse Samurai, Hachimaru accidentally performs the samurai ritual and is granted a robotic Samurai body. The body not only rids Hachimaru of all his miseries but fulfills his life-long dream of becoming a samurai. Thus starts the tale of a samurai who will eventually save the universe.
