Psycho-Pass takes us to a future era ( 22nd century) of Japan. Every citizen of age follows a system known as “Sibyl System.” The Sibyl System was established by the Public Safety Bureau to manage the crime rate of the 22nd century of Japan.
Sibyl system is the powerful networking system of psychometric scanners, which actively scans the mental state of the population. This whole assessment is known as — Psycho-Pass.
