At the end of chapter 1052, it was revealed that the Five Elders are aware of what went down in Wano: Luffy, his crew, and his allies were able to defeat 2 Yonkos simultaneously.
They also know that Nika has reappeared in the New World. Additionally, they are still intent on capturing Nico Robin, as they tell the CP0 agent to bring her in.
In chapter 1053 of the manga, our favorite captain’s bounty was bumped up to 3,000,000,000.
Yes, Luffy’s bounty has crossed Jeff Bezos’ net worth.
In the most recentchapter 1058, Oda gave us updated bounties for Yonko Luffy’s 9 commanders, making the crew one of the strongest and most dangerous crews across the seas. The total Straw Hat bounty is now 8,816,001,000 berries.
All the members of the Mugiwara crew have outperformed themselves in the current arc, but the World Government is bound to increase their bounties further to aid in their capture in future arcs.
In this article, I will list down the Straw Hat members in ascending order of their future bounties.
Current Bounty – 1000 berries
Future Bounty – 500,000,000 berries
Of course, at the bottom of the list is Tony Tony Chopper, who despite his abilities, was only given 50 berries after Enies Lobby, and 900 more after Dressrosa.
Chopper is the doctor of the Straw Hats, and has more than proven himself when it comes to medical expertise, tactical skill, and inventions such as his Rumble Ball.
Chopper’s bounty is a great example of how bounties are not always equivalent to power. It all depends on the perception of the World Government.
In this case, the Government thinks Chopper, because of his appearance, is a crew pet, and not a legit member. Even though he defeated a CP9 agent, the Government mistook his monster form for another person.
After chapter 1058, the World Government does acknowledge Chopper as a Yonko commander – but still considers him the crew pet.
In the coming arcs, Chopper’s bounty is sure to see an increase if the World Government finds out about Chopper’s true power. His Monster Point is bound to touch at least 500 million by the end of the saga.
Well, unless Oda wants to continue the gag and do Chopper dirty.
Current Bounty – 366,000,000 berries
Future Bounty – 666,000,000 berries
Nami is often known as the weak link of the Straw Hats, but ever since she landed the final blow on Tobi Roppo’s Ulti, things have changed.
Yes, yes, we all know it was Big Mom that dealt most of the damage to Ulti, but final blows are usually what count the most.
Previously, after the Dressrosa arc, all the Straw Hats were given 50 million berries each for helping defeat the Donquixote Pirates.
In the Wano arc, the Beasts Pirates, being a Yonko crew, warranted a 300 million berry increase to each crewmate. For Nami, this means 366 million berries.
Being the navigator for the Straw Hat Pirates, and with Zeus now aiding her Climatact, Nami definitely deserves a bump in her bounty in the future, nothing less than another 300 million – possibly after the Straw Hats defeat the Blackbeard Pirates.
Current Bounty – 383,000,000 berries
Future Bounty – 683,000,000 berries
Brook is a really underestimated character and deserves more feats.
While Brook was the one who stole Big Mom’s Road Poneglyph during the Whole Cake Island arc, it might seem like Brook has done the least damage during the Onigashima Raid in the Wano arc.
He played a supporting role to Robin in her fight with Black Maria. Yeah, he did slice Zeus when it attacked Nami, and also helped Chopper defeat the Ice Oni. But that’s about it.
Brook, like Nami, received 300 million for being recognized as one of Luffy’s commanders, and will possibly see another 300 mil increase in the future.
Current Bounty – 394,000,000 berries
Future Bounty – 1,094,000,000 berries
Franky could be the only person alive to know what Pluton looks like after he burned the blueprints. His bounty climbed after he defeated Pink from the Donquixote Pirates.
In Wano he took down Sasaki from the Tobi Roppo using his Radical Beam, which is why his bounty skyrockets.
Post Wano, Franky’s bounty saw a 300 million berry hike – although, his wanted poster includes the Thousand Sunny’s figurehead instead of his own photo.
In the future arcs though, there is definitely going to be a major emphasis on the 3 Ancient Weapons.
Since he knows about one of them, the World Government is going to try their best to capture him along with Robin, who can read the Poneglyphs. Thus his high bounty.
Current Bounty – 438,000,000 berries
Future Bounty – 1,400,000,000 berries
Jinbe only recently joined the Straw Hat Pirates but he’s had years of expertise on the seas. Jinbe has fought several times against the Marines and was also one of the Seven Warlords of the Sea.
His bounty has been raised twice, the most recent one due to his actions at the Marineford Summit War, alongside the Whitebeard Pirates.
Jinbe’s bounty has increased drastically after he joined the Straw Hats.
During the Wano arc, Jinbe defeated Who’s-Who, and actively helped Raizo save Onigashima from the fire. For this feat, and being one of Luffy’s 9 commanders, he received a 662 million increase in bounty.
Before Wano, he saved Luffy from Charlotte Opera, fought Big Mom, as well as Katakuri, and was able to deflect Prometheus with his water blasts.
But since Jinbe has had his moment, I’m not sure he will play as big a role as the others in the future arcs. So, even though he currently has the third-highest bounty among the Straw Hats, he’s so low on the list.
On the other hand, Jinbe is a Fish Man, and Fish Man Island ties in closely with the legend of Joy Boy. So, you never know.
Current Bounty – 500,000,000 berries
Future Bounty – 1,500,000,000 berries
Usopp is forever trying to live up to his ideal and truly become God Ussop, the bravest warrior of the sea.
His first bounty was actually listed under his alias, Sogeking. The major bump in his bounty came when he burned down the World Government flag in a scene I will never forget.
He took down Sugar from the Donquixote Pirates and freed the toy slaves, after which his poster identified him by his true face – and name: God Usopp. This was when his bounty jumped from 30 million to 200 million.
Again, like the others below him on this list, Usopp hasn’t really had any big wins in the Four Emperors saga.
But like Oda trolls Chopper by giving him ridiculously less berries, he gives Usopp a maddeningly high bounty for nothing.
During the Raid, Usopp claimed that he had defeated 2 Tobi Roppo, but Oda luckily didn’t take this into consideration, giving him the considerably nominal 300 million raise for being recognized as a Yonko commander.
Usopp’s big moment though, will arrive after he encounters his dad, Yasopp in the next arc. That’s when he’ll be his bounty’s worth.
Usopp is totally going to dominate the Elbaf arc and become the best marksman in One Piece, surpassing his dad.
He will also become the brave warrior of the sea he is destined to be.
Current Bounty – 1,032,000,000 berries
Future Bounty – 2,330,000,000 berries
Vinsmoke “Black Leg” Sanji’s bounty has seen significant changes. It began at a mere 77 million, and was only increased to 177 million after Dressrosa.
His bounty specified that he should be caught “Only Alive” instead of “Dead or Alive” since he is a genetically modified human and the Government wants to examine him. This is also the reason he was 10 million berries above Zoro.
After Whole Cake Island, they figured it was too much trouble keeping him alive, and reverted to the old “Dead or Alive”. His bounty was hiked to 330 million.
In Wano, Sanji really shone. He shed his Raid Suit and his genetic modifications awakened, helping him defeat Queen.
In Whole Cake Island, Luffy defeats Emperor Big Mom’s two strongest men, Cracker and Katakuri. He gets 500 million for each. Sanji post-Wano got 555 million for Queen.
For defeating Kaido’s second-strongest commander aka Queen, and for being a part of the 9 senior officers of Yonko Luffy, Sanji’s bounty was increased by a whopping 855 million.
Unfortunately for Sanji, he was knocked off the #2 position (and #3 too after Jinbe’s increase) because Zoro finally got his due.
Current Bounty – 1,111,000,000 berries
Future Bounty – 2,420,000,000 berries
A lot of people have a feeling that Zoro and Sanji’s bounties will be the same after Wano.
But Zoro deserves to be higher than Sanji, being Luffy’s first mate. He defeated King, who is Kaido’s second-in-command, and is therefore proven to be stronger than Queen, who was defeated by Sanji.
Zoro will get extra berriesfor wielding Oden’s sword, the legendary Enma, and performing the sword styles King of Hell, Foxfire, or Ashura in Wano.
In the future, as many have predicted, Zoro is going to face and then defeat Dracule Mihawk, who is the strongest swordsman in the world.
It will also be proven that Zoro is connected to Shimotsuki Ryuma, the Sword God, and will become one of the most powerful samurai the world has ever seen.
Apart from his legendary sword skill, Zoro also has Conqueror’s Haki, and is part of the Worst Generation. He’s a major threat to the Government.
Current Bounty – 930,000,000 berries
Future Bounty – 2,500,000,000 berries
Nico “Devil Child” Robin will have the second-highest bounty in the Straw Hat Pirates and will become the most wanted woman in One Piece.
The One Piece fandom is, as a rule, ever-hyped about Robin. She really deserves it, though, because she is the only person in the entire world who can read the Poneglyphs.
She has been personally targeted by the Government since she was a little girl, and is still one of the most major threats to the World Government. They sent a CP0 agent specifically to capture Robin.
During the Raid on Onigashima, Robin defeated Black Maria of the Tobi Roppo. For this, in addition to being one of Luffy’s 9 commanders, and her significance in general, her bounty was raised to 930 million.
Even though she currently has only the fifth-highest bounty, her future bounty is going to take her up to #2. The Government values information as well as brute force, and Robin has information that nobody else on the planet does.
Current Bounty – 3,000,000,000
Future Bounty – 5,600,000,000
Monkey D. Luffy will have a final bounty of 5,600,000,000 berries, spelling out “go mu” for his Devil Fruit. His bounty will rise to 3 billion for defeating Emperor Kaido, but will surpass Pirate King Roger’s bounty, after he reaches Laugh Tale.
Morgans’ newspaper reported that Emperor Luffy’s head is now a whopping 3 billion berries.
In the beginning, although he was already growing strong, Luffy didn’t really threaten the Government. He just wanted to roam the seas, make friends, and have adventures. That’s why his bounty was so low.
But after East Blue, the Government saw what he was capable of. Luffy defeated the 3 top pirates in East Blue, and gained a bounty of 30 million berries.
And that was it – since then, our boy has defeated some of the strongest players in the game, including Doflamingo, Cracker, Katakuri, and most recently and impressively, Emperor Kaido, “the strongest creature in the world.”
It was also revealed recently to the Gorosei that Luffy is Joy Boy. Additionally, Luffy has 3 Poneglyphs already, and is closest to the One Piece.
Being Nika, he directly opposes them, and is most certainly the biggest threat to the World Government, apart from possibly his dad, Monkey D. Dragon.
