In a fight between psychic powers and modern weaponry, who would win? Night Head 2041 is a modern remake of the 1992 cult classic drama Night Head by George Iida based on this peculiar concept.
The story features two pairs of brothers as the leads. The brothers Naoto and Naoya Kirihara have psychic powers, and Takuya and Yūya Kuroki are members of a special force. The series takes an interesting turn as the Kirihara brothers are on the run with the Kuroki brothers hunting them.
Night Head 2041 revealed a new PV just before the show’s premiere on July 14.
The PV has some tragic scenes which accurately portray just how close the brothers are. However, unlike real life, these siblings are ready to give and take lives for each other’s sake.
It also gives us a glimpse of the most mysterious character of the show: a girl named Shōko Futami. She is shown unconscious inside a capsule. What do you think it is? Does she also possess psychic powers?
This trailer also previews the melodious and enchanting ending theme of the show. It is called ‘Shion,’ performed by Myuk and composed by Eve.
