We all have dealt with difficult bosses, but Touka Kuroitsu’s superiors are exceptionally ridiculous. The upcoming anime Miss Kuroitsu from the Monster Development Department shows you just how bosses test your patience on another level.
Touka is an assistant researcher in the evil organization Agastya who fights heroes that save the world. But Touka’s real battle is with her bosses instead of the heroes of justice.
This hilariously chaotic manga is now getting an anime adaptation, and we can barely wait any longer for it to come out.
Miss Kuroitsu revealed a PV for the anime adaptation premiering on January 8, 2022. The PV portrays Touka’s strenuous work-life and irrational bosses.
The short PV also previews the anime’s opening theme song, ‘Special Force,’ by the male idol group AXXX1S.
Touka Kuroitsu works for the Monster Development Department in Agastya, where she is always running errands and tending to absurd demands from her superiors. All she wants is to work hard and surpass them, barely caring about the evil doings of her workplace.
The PV also introduces another character named Wolf Bate, who is an experiment gone wrong. Wolf Bate was supposed to be a werewolf but came out looking like a beautiful girl with the mentality of a teenage boy.
Wolf Bate is put under the care of Touka, who’s already burdened by her bosses’ unreasonable requests and tasks. The anime also revealed a key visual featuring the pair in lab coats, ready to face the challenges in their way.
