Masaomi Ando, the director behind famous anime like Toilet-Bound Hanako-kun or Scum’s Wish, is working on a new anime project to surprise us all. It will be an original anime, which means double the surprise!
Since original anime titles are not based on any pre-existing works, the creator gets more freedom with the story. Another addition is that fans cannot guess about upcoming twists in the anime, and neither can anyone spoil it for you!
Masaomi Ando and Studio Lerche are producing an original anime, Gyakuten Sekai no Denchi Shoujo or Turnabout World’s Battery Girl. The genre, plot, or any other detail has not been disclosed yet.
A new visual has been revealed for the upcoming original anime.
The visual has a girl’s silhouette in the background and presumably the protagonist in the front.
It gives off a mysterious feeling, especially since we do not know the anime’s plot yet. “Rumble Garandoll” is the subtext in the visual, but we are not sure what it denotes yet.
The staff members from the quirky romantic anime, Scum’s Wish have been re-grouped for the production of this upcoming anime.

Studio Lerche has an impressive record of anime like Asobi Asobase, Assassination Classroom, Given, and others. We are sure that Ando’s original anime will also be pretty impressive.
